The ISMS is a systematic framework that governs its policies, processes, and controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information. It provides a structured, risk-based approach to managing all its sensitive data, including the information customers entrust to Flipkart.

To achieve this recertification, Flipkart underwent a rigorous audit by BSI, a globally respected body known for its thoroughness and impartiality. Their auditors thoroughly examined every aspect of Flipkart’s security framework, encompassing its policies, operational procedures, technical controls, and employee training. This process validates that the company’s security measures are not only well-documented but also effectively implemented and continuously monitored. By maintaining this high standard, Flipkart ensures that its approach to cybersecurity is not merely reactive but deeply embedded in its operations, with a continual commitment to ongoing improvement.
