CBI Arrests DPCC Engineer & Middleman In Bribery Case

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested two individuals, including an engineer from the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) and a middleman, in a bribery case. The team apprehended both red-handed while exchanging a bribe amount of over 91 thousand rupees. The CBI reported that during the searches, nearly 2.39 crore rupees in cash were recovered from the premises of the engineer. The investigative agency has registered a case against the engineer and four middlemen who are allegedly involved in corrupt practices to provide DPCC consent to firms.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today apprehended an Addl. General Manager, Mishra Dhatu Nigam Ltd Hyderabad while taking a bribe from the complainant.

CBI registered a case on a complaint against the accused Addl. General Manager, Mishra Dhatu Nigam Ltd (MIDHANI), Hyderabad on allegations that the accused demanded a bribe from the complainant to forward his monthly bill for payment for the work of General Pest Control and Fumigations Treatment carried in MIDHANI.

सीबीआई ने गेल के कार्यकारी निदेशक, चार अन्य को रिश्वत मामले में गिरफ्तार किया

केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने कथित ₹50 लाख रिश्वत मामले में गेल (इंडिया) लिमिटेड के एक कार्यकारी निदेशक (ईडी) और चार अन्य को गिरफ्तार किया है। ऐसा आरोप है कि गैस पाइपलाइन परियोजनाओं में कुछ ठेकेदारों को फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए रिश्वत की पेशकश की गई थी।

अधिकारी ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार किए गए लोगों में कार्यकारी निदेशक केबी सिंह, मुख्य महाप्रबंधक दविंदर सिंह और वडोदरा स्थित एडवांस इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के निदेशक सुरेंद्र कुमार शामिल हैं।
