Delivering the keynote address, BK Piyush Bhai, National Coordinator of the SEA Wing, emphasised that mind safety is the strongest foundation of mine safety. He highlighted that true operational safety depends not only on modern technology and machinery, but on the balanced and positive mindset of every employee. He cited positive thinking, focus on the present, complete dedication, and regular meditation as key pillars for a safe and productive work culture.

Chief Guest Shri Harish Duhan, Chairman-cum-Managing Director of SECL, encouraged employees to continuously improve themselves and contribute their very best to nation-building. He emphasized that mental well-being and operational safety go hand in hand, fostering a secure and efficient environment across all mining operations.
