The company has a presence across key micro-markets in Gurugram, Faridabad, and Noida, and has developed multiple integrated townships in the Delhi-NCR region.

Mr. Nanda brings over four decades of professional experience, including more than 25 years in senior leadership roles within the Indian real estate sector. His experience spans sales, marketing, and business management across residential and commercial developments. Prior to joining BPTP, he served as Director – Sales and Marketing at Krisumi Corporation, where he was part of the senior management team.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Nanda has held leadership roles at real estate companies including Omaxe, Central Park, and M3M, where he was involved in scaling residential and commercial portfolios across multiple markets.

In his role as Chief Business Officer and Executive Director, Mr. Nanda will be responsible for overseeing BPTP’s business operations, including sales, marketing, product strategy, and customer experience, in accordance with the company’s organisational structure.

Mr. Kaushik has played a key role in formulating and implementing strategies and policies to enable smooth business operations and expansion within a risk-controlled framework. Throughout his career, he has advised boards on legal and regulatory risks, mitigation strategies, governance, and best practices across various sectors including Telecom, FMCG, Healthcare, and Infrastructure.

In his new role at BPTP, Mr. Kaushik will lead the company’s legal function. He will oversee litigation strategy and management, develop a robust compliance framework, drive risk mitigation initiatives, lead negotiations and contracts, and support key legal functions aligned with BPTP’s operations, expansion plans, and growth trajectory.

Mr. Kaushik holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS). Before joining BPTP, he successfully led the legal and regulatory function at Max Healthcare Institute Limited as Director – Legal and Regulatory Affairs. One of his prominent stints was with Bharti Airtel Limited, where he led the legal and regulatory risk and assurance functions globally. He has also held key legal roles at Hindustan Unilever Limited, RJ Corp, American Tower (formerly VIOM), Usha International, and Artemis Medicare.
