										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Bilaspur</strong>. South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) achieved a major milestone as &#8216;SECL Ke Sushrut&#8217; became the first Coal PSU CSR initiative to be notified in the Gazette of India by the Ministry of Coal.</p>
<p>The flagship program provides medical entrance coaching to talented students in SECL’s operational areas, yielding outstanding results. In its inaugural batch (2023–24), 39 out of 40 students qualified for NEET, followed by 31 out of 40 students in the second batch (2024–25). This official recognition highlights SECL’s enduring commitment to empowering regional youth through quality education.</p>

SECL CMD Shri Harish Duhan administered the Swachhata Pledge to a gathering of senior directors, department heads, officers, employees, and labor union representatives. In his address, Shri Duhan emphasized that cleanliness is a vital part of both institutional culture and social responsibility, stressing that the vision of a Swachh Bharat can only be realized through active public participation. Running until June 30, the fortnight-long campaign will feature extensive cleanliness drives, public awareness programs, and various participatory activities across all SECL units and establishments to promote hygiene practices and community involvement.</p>

<p>The MoU was signed  in the presence of Biranchi Das, Director (HR), SECL. The agreement was executed by C. M. Verma, General Manager (CSR), SECL, and Vivek Narayan Gour, Trustee, Sri Sathya Sai Health &amp; Education Trust.</p>
