First Mumbai. Then Kalyan , Surat , Ahmedabad , Nagpur , Baramati , Kolhapur , Banaras and now Patna .. The incidents of drowning in flood is increasing. It is just happening that the whosoever leading government the leader is giving that statement that they cannot do anything as it natures strike . But the time has come if the delay of the monsoon and then sudden floods will not make a lesson from them the things will get worse. So far, more than four hundred people have been killed in different cities during the rainy season alone and this series is not taking the name of stopping.

The Meteorological Department and the rest of the private website are saying that it will rain heavy to heavy but hardly anyone knows that all will be drowned in just four hours of rain. In Pune, in just three hours at night, so much water fell that Katraj Talab overflowed and half of Pune was drowned. Obviously, time is for thinking. It is not only about one city or one state but it can be a matter of concern for the whole of India or like this. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is saying that the rain is natural but no one is able to control it, but good governance Babu, you are sensible enough to understand that it is not just the havoc of nature, we are all responsible for it.

Why is the raining so suddenly?
Weather scientists and experts believe that this change in weather is not due to any other reason but due to change in temperature. For the past several months, in the Bay of Bengal, sometimes there are low pressure areas in the Indian Ocean, due to which there is a constant change in the speed of monsoon. However, the scientists are not able to tell that all these global temperatures are increasing. It is happening due to global warming but they believe that it can have an effect. All the great leaders of the whole world gathered on the same issue in the United Nations recently but nothing special came out. Greta, a 16 year old girl, said openly that what are you going to give to your children. But President Trump of America also mocked him. According to an estimate, in the next hundred years, many big cities of the world may drown due to rising sea level. They can also be Mumbai. Obviously, if the temperature and environment is not taken care of now, then the situation can get worse.

How much we and our leaders are aware of this, the recent Metro carshed controversy in Aarey shows that in the name of development, policies are first formulated, then forest cutting routes are being taken out, while the IIT itself has said this If the aarey trees are cut, then the entire airport and half of Mumbai can be drowned. The problem is that even such a big threat does not affect the vote, it is limited to headlines and selfies. It is true that temperature change is not a matter of any individual or government but For this, the whole world will have to speak in unison.
what can we do..

First of all, we have to understand that the flood and rain will continue to come and this will happen every year, for this, we will also have to prepare in the same .

1) Identifying the areas in which floods occur every year or are in danger of coming.
2) River banks. Preventing habitat in catchment area and drainage area of pond and dam
3) Ending the shallowness of the river and removing all the obstructions of the flow.
4) Take water from the dam to the canals so that pressure on the dam is reduced as well as to give prior notice of overflow.
5) Training of flood rescue should be given to every citizen on a regular basis. Urban Volunteers should be prepared, which the government should provide.
6) The program of connecting the rivers should be completed fast and water should be transported to the drought areas.
In both urban and rural areas, drains should be widened and water drain barriers should be removed.
Right and accurate warning of rain should be given so that people from low-lying areas are removed beforehand.
7) A large number of wells should be built on the banks of rivers so that flood water goes into the ground.
8) Preparations for evacuation of water and rescue in flood should be in every city and village. Do not wait for help.
