Mumbai/Gurugram, India, June 1, 2026 — Black Box Limited (BSE: 500463 | NSE: BBOX), a leading global digital infrastructure integrator, and AIONOS, an AI-native enterprise technology company, today announced a strategic alliance to help enterprises accelerate AI transformation; from infrastructure build-out to measurable business outcomes.

CP Gurnani, Co-Founder & Vice Chairman, AIONOS said, “India is at an extraordinary inflection point. We are not just consuming AI, we are building it, exporting it, and setting the agenda for how the world deploys intelligent technology at scale. This alliance between AIONOS and Black Box is a direct expression of that belief. Black Box brings the digital infrastructure engine spanning data centers, enterprise networks, and IoT across 35+ countries, and together we cover the entire journey from the physical layer to the AI application layer.”

The two companies will jointly collaborate in developing industry-focused solutions and expanding go to-market opportunities across India, North America, EMEA, and APAC. Combined with AIONOS’s applied AI platforms and domain expertise, we can help organizations move from AI ambition to AI at scale, connecting infrastructure, operations, and intelligence to create measurable business value.” said, Sanjeev Verma, President & CEO, Black Box.

What Enterprises Gain Through This Alliance

Mumbai, 11th May, 2026: Ahead of the third edition of Mumbai Tech Week (MTW) 2026, the city’s flagship AI festival, the Tech Entrepreneurs Association of Mumbai (TEAM), has announced a limited-period National Technology Day offer, providing attendees with 50% off on all MTW passes from 10 to 12 May 2026.

Scheduled to take place on 29–30 May 2026 at the Jio World Convention Centre, the event is presented by the Government of Maharashtra (GoM) and co-powered by Meta. Under this year’s theme, “AI in Action,” MTW 2026 marks a decisive shift from experimentation to real-world deployment, highlighting how AI is enabling businesses to become more efficient & innovate faster.

The festival will feature AI showcases from companies including Meta, Anthropic, and OpenAI, alongside other leading national and international organisations. The two-day event will also feature AI Excellence Awards 2026, an Early Stage Startup Showcase, an AI-powered Job Fair, Masterclasses, Stories Unplugged sessions, and city-wide satellite events across Mumbai from 25 to 28 May 2026.

“AI adoption accelerates when more people can engage directly with the technology — whether by building with it, understanding its real-world applications, or experiencing it in action at scale.

NEW DELHI. India has created a new Guinness World Record after securing 2,50,946 valid pledges for responsible artificial intelligence use within 24 hours during the India AI Impact Summit 2026. Announcing the achievement at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, Union Minister for Electronics and Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw said the country earned the Guinness World Records title for the “Most pledges received for an AI responsibility campaign in 24 hours.” The record was officially verified by a Guinness World Records adjudicator during the summit held between February 16 and 17.

The nationwide AI Responsibility Pledge campaign was launched under the IndiaAI Mission in collaboration with Intel India to encourage citizens to commit to ethical, inclusive and responsible AI practices. Participants engaged with scenario-based questions on data privacy, transparency, accountability and tackling misinformation, and received digital badges along with AI learning resources upon completion. Crediting Prime Minister Narendra Modi for inspiring outreach to students and educational institutions, Vaishnaw said the overwhelming participation, far surpassing the initial target of 5,000 pledges, reflects growing awareness and positions India as a leader in promoting responsible AI for social good.

NEW DELHI. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the India AI Impact Summit 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, emphasizing that “intelligence, rationality, and decision-making” are the cornerstones for making technology useful to the masses. As the first global AI gathering hosted in the Global South, the summit brought together over 20 Heads of State, 60 Ministers, and 500 global AI leaders to discuss how artificial intelligence can be harnessed for the public good. The Prime Minister, accompanied by Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, explored the India AI Impact Expo, which spans 70,000 square meters and features more than 600 startups. He noted that the event offers a glimpse into India’s extraordinary potential to shape AI solutions not just for the nation, but for the entire world.

Experts at the summit, including USISPF President Mukesh Aghi, highlighted India’s strategic lead in making AI affordable, scalable, and accessible. With one of the world’s largest structured databases and a robust digital public infrastructure, India is positioning itself as a model for the Global South by bridging the gap between high-tech innovation and grassroots impact. The summit, anchored in the “IndiaAI Mission,” features three flagship Global Impact Challenges—AI for ALL, AI by HER, and YUVAi—aimed at identifying inclusive, development-oriented solutions. Prime Minister Modi is scheduled to deliver the formal inaugural address of the summit on February 19, setting a long-term roadmap for responsible and human-centric AI governance.
