In a new development in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case Rhea Chakraborty has been arrested under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. 8 C, 28 and 29.

Rhea had earlier confessed before the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) that she used to smoke cigarettes filled with marijuana (ganja) with Sushant Singh Rajput.

As per reports,the gadgets recovered from Rhea’s home revealed that her drugs circle was highly active in 2017, 2018, 2019. Several big names of Bollywood are spotted in these photographs and videos. The arrest by the NCB comes after three consecutive days questioning in the drug case.

Now, the case has been transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as per the orders by the Supreme Court, according to the Mumbai Police on Tuesday.

The Narcotics Control Bureau started its inquiries based on WhatsApp chats retrieved from Rhea Chakraborty’s phone, which revealed alleged conversations around procuring drugs.

Sources said on her second day of questioning yesterday, Rhea Chakraborty made an emotional declaration according to sources, telling the Narcotics Control Bureau – “Whatever I did, I did for Sushant”. Sources said the actor had then denied using drugs but had been evasive on certain questions.

आखिर विकास पकड़ा गया या सरेन्डर

आठ पुलिस कर्मियों को भून देने वाला कुख्यात अपराधी विकास दुबे आखिर मध्यप्रदेश के उज्जैन में महाकाल मंदिर से पकड़ा गया. मध्यप्रदेश के गृहमंत्री नरोत्तम मिश्रा ने इसकी पुष्टि भी कर दी है।।विकास पिछले 6 दिन से फरार था और उस पर पांच लाख का इनाम था।

लेकिन विकास जिस ड्रामे के साथ पकड़ा गया उससे पहला सवाल तो यही बनता है कि वो पकड़ा गया या सोच समझकर उसने एम पी में सरेंडर किआ क्योंकि पकड़े जाने से पहले उसने बाकायदा महाकाल की पूजा की और फिर खुद ही बाहर आकर चीखा की मै विकास दुबे हूं तब चौकीदार ने उसे पकड़ लिया और फिर पुलिस बुलाई गई। अब कानूनी तौर पर उसे एमपी पुलिस अदालत में पेश करेगी और वही से वो यूपी की जेल जाएगा । यूपी पुलिस चाहे भी तो उसका एनकोउन्टर नही कर सकती।

यूपी के माफिया इस खेल को खूब समझते है ।ऐसे कई बड़े माफिया कुछ साल पहले अक्सर मुम्बई आकर सरेंडर करते या एयरपोर्ट के बाहर ही अरेस्ट दिखवाते थे और इसमें मुम्बई पुलिस के बड़े धुरन्धर एनकोउन्टर स्पेशलिस्ट शामिल होते थे । बाद में इस पर रोक लगी।

विकास पर एक सवाल और पहले तो वो शिवली से निकालकर दो दिन पहले फरीदाबाद कैसे पहुँचा जाहिर है पूरा यूपी पर किआ होगा फिर फरीदाबाद से निकलकर उजजैन आते हुए भी यूपी के रास्ते आया होगा तो पकड़ा क्यों नही गया । क्या कोई चाह रहा था कि वो किसी और राज्य की पुलिस के सामने सरेंडर कर दे ताकि उसका एनकोउन्टर न हो। इसकी जांच होनी चाहिए ।

कहानी ये हुई कि पुलिस की गिरफ्त में आने के बाद भी विकास पर कोई असर नहीं दिखा और मीडिया के सामने चिल्लाने लगा, ‘..मैं विकास दुबे हूं…कानपुर वाला.

आज सुबह ही विकास दुबे महाकालेश्वर मंदिर पहुंचा और सुबह 9 बजकर 55 मिनट पर विकास दुबे ने मंदिर के सामने अपना नाम चिल्लाया. मौके पर स्थानीय मीडिया को भी बुला लिया गया था. बताया ये भी जा रहा है कि उसने मंदिर के बाहर खड़े होकर अपना नाम चिल्लाया, फिर लोगों ने पुलिस को सूचित किया.

स्थानीय मीडिया के साथ ही स्थानीय पुलिस भी महाकालेश्वर मंदिर के सामने पहुंची और विकास दुबे को गिरफ्तार कर लिया. बताया जा रहा है कि विकास दुबे ने सरेंडर करने की सूचना स्थानीय मीडिया और पुलिस को दी थी. इसके बाद स्थानीय पुलिस ने उसे गिरफ्तार किया है.

जब पुलिस विकास दुबे को पकड़कर महाकाल थाने में ले जा रही थी, तब विकास दुबे लगातार मीडिया से बात कर रहा था. इसी दौरान वो चिल्लाया, ‘…मैं विकास दुबे कानपुर वाला विकास पर कई अपराध दर्ज है ।एक अपराध के सिलसिले में जब 2 जुलाई की रात पुलिस पार्टी उसे पकड़ने उसके गॉव बिकरु गई तो उसने घात लगाकर पुलिस के ही 8 लोगो को भून दिया और फरार हो गया था।

Daati Maharaj arrested

Self-styled godman Daati Maharaj was arrested on Wednesday for violating the coronavirus COVID-19 lockdown rules by organising a religious ceremony at a temple in Delhi on May 22 but he was granted bail after few hours of questioning.

“Daati Maharaj was arrested in the case registered under Indian Penal Code’s Sections 188 (Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant, 34 (common intention), Section 54B of Disaster Management Act, and Section 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act at the Maidan Garhi police station on May 23. He has been released on bail,” said deputy commissioner of police (south) Atul Kumar Thakur.

Trouble started for Daati Maharaj after some photographs of the ceremony at Shanidham temple were circulated on social media on Saturday (May 23) in which people were seen violating the social-distancing norms during a religious congregation at the temple.

Later, it was found that the congregation was arranged by Daati Maharaj and a case was registred against the godman and some other people at the Maidan Garhi police station for violating the lockdown rules.
During inquiry, the police found that Daati Maharaj had performed a ceremony at the temple in the presence of several people on Friday (May 22).

SHAHRUKH Arrested After 8 Days

Shahrukh Pathan, whose video of confronting a policeman while brandishing a gun at him during violence at northeast Delhi’s Maujpur last week went viral, was arrested from Uttar Pradesh’s Shamli district, police said.

Addressing a press conference, Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime Branch) AK Singhla said Pathan, 23, fled to Punjab after his video was widely circulated on social media and shown on news channels. Later, he hid at a friend’s house in Shamli, he added.

Based on information received and extensive discreet inquiries conducted in different parts of Delhi and UP, the police zeroed in on the area around Shamli and Kairana, Singhla said.

On the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday, police received information that Pathan would be coming to Shamli bus stand between 10 am and noon to meet someone, he said. A trap was laid and he was arrested, the officer added.

“He (Shahrukh) was planning to flee Shamli but was nabbed and later brought to Delhi,” Singhla said. “We are trying to recover the pistol used by him during the violence. He was fond of buying pistols. He had procured a 7.65 mm pistol and ammunition about two years ago from one of his (factory) labourers.”

“The good quality semi-automatic pistol (that Pathan used during the northeast Delhi violence) was bought from Munger in Bihar,” he added.

Singhla said Pathan had gone to the protest alone. He had five bullets but two of them fell. He fired the remaining three.

“He will be produced in court and taken into police remand,” the officer said.

During interrogation, Pathan told police he opened fire in a fit of rage as stone pelting was going on, he added.

In the viral video, Pathan, a resident of northeast Delhi’s Ghonda, could be seen pointing his pistol at the policeman on the Jaffrabad Maujpur road on February 24.

According to police, he threatened the policeman, Deepak Dahiya, before fleeing. Police are also trying to trace his family members, who are absconding, Singhla said.

Subramanian Swamy: Arundhati Roy Should be Arrested

BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has demanded author Arundhati Roy to be arrested under the National Security Act (NSA). Swamy said that Roy’s comments on the National Population Register amount to sedition and called her a danger for the society.
“This amounts to sedition. In effect you are saying is not an illegitimate government. leave aside the sanctity of the law, even for the national survey if officials ask how many kgs of rice you eat, you have to tell the truth,” he said.
“It is a matter of national security. She should be arrested under NSA. She is a danger to the society by spreading this kind of saying… she is trying to bring the nation in dispute, creating hatred against the Hindu community by siding with the Muslim community and provoking them,” the BJP leader told Times Now.
The Rajya Sabha MP’s remark comes after Roy at a protest in Delhi suggested people to oppose the National Population Register by furnishing wrong details to the government officials involved in the exercise. Stating that the NPR will serve as a database for the National Register of Citizens (NRC), Roy while addressing a protest gathering at Delhi University, said, “They will visit your homes, take your name, phone number and ask for documents like Aadhaar and driving licences. The NPR will become database of NRC. We need to fight against it and have a plan. When they visit your home for NPR, and ask for your name give them some different name… For address say 7 RCR. A lot of subversion will be needed, we are not born to face lathis and bullets.”
Arundhati Roy even claimed that the National Register of Citizens was targeted against the Muslim community.
Several opposition leaders and eminent personalities are claiming that the NPR is a first step towards the NRC. However, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has said there was no link between the NPR and the NRC and their databases cannot be used for each other.

Hong Kong Police Arrested 58 People Over The Weekend

Hong Kong police arrested 58 people in Hong Kong over the weekend for suspected unlawful assembly, possession of offensive weapons and other charges.

Police said these people have disregards to peace process in the city.

The police made the remarks during a press briefing on the damages caused during the weekend’s protests, as anti-government protesters again blocked roads with barricades, set fire to metro stations, smashed shops and public facilities, and attacked police with petrol bombs and bricks.

Kwok Ka-Chuen, chief superintendent of the police public relations, said protesters’ acts had caused several MTR stations to shut down, paralyzing traffic and jeopardizing social order, which were in complete disregard of most Hong Kong residents’ wish for peace.

Since protests erupted in June, the Hong Kong police have arrested 5,947 people for suspected unlawful assembly, riots, possession of offensive weapons, and arson, said the police.

Meanwhile China has banned US military ships and plane from stopping over in Hong Kong and announced sanctions on American non-profits for supporting a pro-democracy movement in the city rattled by anti-government protests since June.

At a daily press briefing, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said that the measures were taken in response to the laws related to Hong Kong passed by the US last week, reports Efe news.

US President Donald Trump signed into law the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act, which allows Washington to sanction Chinese officials.

Hua said it was a “serious violation of international law and the basic norms governing international relations and interferes in China’s internal affairs”.

WANTED ARRESTED FROM SALMAN’S HOUSE

Mumbai: The Mumbai Police on Wednesday arrested the man who took care of Salman Khan’s bungalow. Police has been searching for him for the last 29 years.

This man, who has looked after Salman Khan’s bungalow for the last 20 years, is a waged criminal of Mumbai Police. According to police , the name of this man arrested from Salman Khan’s Gorai bungalow is Shakti Siddheshwar Rana. A case of forcible theft and assault was registered on this person. He escaped after coming out on bail in this case.

Hearing against sentence in Kankani Deer case will be held tomorrow, Salman Khan will reach Jodhpur.

At the same time, an informer was given to the Mumbai Police by the 62-year-old man to look after Salman Khan’s bungalow. After which Unit 4 of the Crime Branch of the police attacked the house of Salman Khan after making a whole plan.

After receiving the secret information from the police, the police took action and then the arrest took place on Wednesday evening.
