The Biodiversity Park features a Children’s Park and an Open Gym. The Park also houses a 1.3 kW Model of a Turbine of a Hydro Power station for educational purposes. Adjacent to Bio-Diversity Park, a wall painting on the theme ‘Swabhav Swachhata, Sanskar Swachhata’ has also been made for spreading the message of cleanliness.

SJVN also organized an Awareness-cum-Felicitation Program for 84 Sanitation Workers from Municipal Corporation, Shimla and Corporate Office of SJVN. These Workers have been instrumental in keeping the designated areas such as Malyana Nallah and Dhobhi Ghat Nallah clean. The Sanitation Workers were honored with mementos by Sh. Ajay Kumar Sharma, Director (Personnel) recognizing their valuable contribution towards maintaining the cleanliness of Shimla.
