]]> Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has been declared the Winner in the Public Sector category at the AIMA HR Best Practices Case Study Contest 2025, held as part of the 4th HR Power Workshop in New Delhi. The winning case study, “Emergent Leaders Lab”, showcased Tarang – an innovative L&D initiative focusing on learner-led cascaded learning across SAIL’s plants and units.
