A two day HR conclave at SAIL MTI started with the theme “Moving from ‘Personnel’ to HR”. Sri KK Singh, Director(Personnel), SAIL , inaugurated conclave in the presence of other EDs. Sri Amarendu Prakash, Chairman, SAIL addressed more than 100 participants through virtual mode. Chairman Sri Amarendu Prakash, highlighted the importance of this transformation and the commitment of SAIL to leading in HR excellence.
