The conference brought together key leaders to discuss emerging trends shaping the future of HR in a technology-driven landscape.
During a panel session on 25 November 2025, Shri Ayush Gupta, Director (HR) at GAIL, shared impactful insights on “Emotional resilience in today’s technology-driven workplace,” stressing that the “Human Connect” must remain central amid rapid digital transformation. He highlighted GAIL’s advancements in HR technology, including the AI Tarang programme and several AI- and RPA-based initiatives aimed at building future-ready teams. Underscoring HR’s role as the foundation of organisational culture, he urged professionals to adopt technology mindfully, encouraging them to “stop being a digital slave and start being curious.”
