POWERGRID has been conferred with the 19th Exceed Award for Outstanding CSR Work in promoting rainwater harvesting and conservation under the CSR category for its project Improving Rural Livelihoods through Integrated Watershed Management” at Kalahandi, Odisha.
The award was presented by Dr. Bhaskar Chatterjee, IAS (Retd.), former Secretary, Government of India, and former Director General, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
The award was received on behalf of POWERGRID by Shri Jasbir Singh, Executive Director (CSR), Smt. Gauri Jagdale, DGM (CSR), and Shri Amit Bhoi, DGM (HR), Odisha, at the ceremony held in Bhubaneswar.
This recognition underscores POWERGRID’s continued commitment to sustainable development and community welfare through impactful CSR initiatives.
