Union Minister for Petroleum & Natural Gas, Hardeep Singh Puri, urged ONGC to lead India’s oil exploration efforts, emphasizing the adoption of cutting-edge technologies like AI and Data Analytics for sustainability. Commending ONGC’s achievements during the golden jubilee celebrations of the Mumbai High oil discovery, the minister highlighted the significance of blending experience with innovation for enhanced production and growth. ONGC Chairman Arun Kumar Singh expressed the company’s commitment to exhaustive exploration, and maximizing resource utilization, and commemorated the occasion by honoring past leaders and young achievers.

The Chairman also reiterated ONGC’s commitment to exhaustively explore every opportunity within Mumbai High until every last drop of oil is recovered, underscoring the company’s dedication to maximising resource utilization.
