This innovative system one of its kind in NTPC, unique in its implementation within NTPC, Bongaigaon leverages advanced speech-to-text technology to facilitate seamless and efficient recording of safety observations. The kiosk is designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind, specifically tailored for contract labourers, requiring minimal interaction through just two buttons. This system not only simplifies the process of reporting safety observations but also ensures timely and efficient handling of safety issues.”
