NTPC Western Region-I Headquarters (WR-I HQs) successfully organized a Regional Corporate Communications Meet-cum-Workshop on Stakeholder Management at Ratnagiri Gas and Power Private Limited (RGPPL) on 1 September 2025, attended by senior executives, faculty members, and communications professionals from across the region. The event, inaugurated with a ceremonial lamp lighting and NTPC Geet, was graced by Shri Santosh Kumar Takhele, Regional Executive Director (West-I) and CEO of RGPPL, along with all Business Unit Heads and HR leaders. Shri Takhele highlighted the importance of stakeholder engagement and transparent communication in fostering organizational trust and resilience. The workshop featured expert sessions on strategic social media, the impact of artificial intelligence on public sector communications, crisis management, and transforming internal communication practices, delivered by industry leaders like Ms Divanshi Gupta, Ms Aakriti Bhargava, Mr Jitendra Bhargava, and NTPC’s K. M. Prashanth. The event also showcased case studies from NTPC WR-I projects, celebrating outstanding initiatives in crisis handling and brand building, emphasizing the evolving landscape of corporate communication and stakeholder engagement in the energy sector.
