NTPC Koldam Hydro Power Station has been recognized for its excellence in both HR and CSR, receiving the Platinum Award for its efforts. In the past year, the Station has been at the forefront of adopting new technologies and systems that improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
The award-winning projects include the implementation of a unique Integrated Security System for the safety of employees and digitization of various processes, making them more efficient and cost-effective. These initiatives have helped NTPC Koldam achieve HR and CSR excellence, demonstrating the company’s commitment to both its employees and the local community.
The award was received by Shri Digvijay Prasad Singh, AGM (HR) at a function organized by Apex India on 11th April, 2023.
