NTPC PMI proudly hosted the NTPC Women Leaders Conclave, a day dedicated to celebrating the resilience, leadership, and achievements of women across various spheres
On March 7, 2025 : Under the theme “Accelerate Action,” the event underscored the significant progress made in gender inclusivity a highlighted the path forward for empowering women. A key highlight was the presence of Ms. Laxmi Singh, IPS, Commissioner of Police, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, whose compelling address provided invaluable insights on leadership, perseverance, and breaking barriers. Sh. A.K. Jadli, Director (HR), also emphasized the substantial contributions of NTPC Women Power in making a difference every day.
The conclave featured inspiring conversations with esteemed speakers such as Ms. Rajkumari, a celebrated para-athlete in power-lifting; Ms. Santosh Yadav, a pioneering mountaineer; and Dr. Anjali Nigam, an accomplished artist. Each shared their journeys of determination, reinforcing the idea that challenges can serve as stepping stones to succWomeness. The event fostered a sense of camaraderie, as attendees engaged in lively quizzes, shared heartfelt poetry, and enjoyed musical performances. The day concluded with theatrical displays by Executive Trainees in collaboration with NSD, leaving participants enriched with motivation, meaningful connections, and a renewed sense of purpose.
