NTPC has been honored with the prestigious IGBC Green Champion Award in the category “Organisation Leading the Net Zero Building Movement in India” at the CII–IGBC Green Building Congress 2025. The award was received by Shri Tapan Kumar Bandyopadhyay, Executive Director (SSEA), NTPC, from Mr. B Thiagarajan, Chairman of IGBC, and Mr. Jeff Oatman, Chairman of the Asia Pacific Network at the World Green Building Council. This accolade highlights NTPC’s unwavering commitment to sustainability and its proactive efforts to set green, net-zero benchmarks across its facilities nationwide.
