NTPC bagged the National Champion and the National Runners Up and Best Young Manager positions in the PSU category at the 50th National Competition for Young Managers (NCYM) organized by All India Management Association (AIMA) on 5th July 2024 in New Delhi.
The Team from NTPC Tanda comprising of Shri Rishabh Jayaswal, Senior Manager (P&S), Shri Nitin Arya, Senior Manager (Operations), and Shri Akash Garg, Assistant Manager (Operations), emerged as the National hashtag#Winner in the PSU Category.
Further, the Team from CC-SCOPE comprising of Shri Nishant Kumar Sharma, Senior Manager (Corporate Planning), Shri Shiva Prashanth Kasina, Senior Manager (Corporate Planning), and Shri Mukul Sharma, Senior Manager (Corporate Planning), was adjudged as the 1st Runners Up in the PSU Category.
Shri Mukul Sharma, Senior Manager (Corporate Planning), was declared as the “Best Young Manager” in the PSU Category. The theme for the Competition was “Leadership in Emerging Opportunities: Role of Young Managers”.
The performance of the NTPC Team in NCYM 2024 bears the testimony of NTPC’s “People before PLF” people practices which not only build the capability of its employees but also provide platform to the employees for showcasing their skills and win laurels for the company.
