National High Power Test Laboratory Pvt. Ltd has announced the approval of transferring 1 crore shares of NTPC Ltd aligning with the Joint venture of public sector entities [NHPC Ltd, Power Grid, DVC& CPRI].
The Board of Directors of National High Power Test Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. (NHPTL) has approved the transfer of 1,31,63,750 (One Crore Thirty-One Lakh Sixty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty) shares from NTPC Limited to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, in line with the Supplementary Joint Venture Agreement signed between JV Partners of NHPTL.
