NEW DELHI. NHPC has been awarded the Best Enterprise Award (Third Place – Navratna Category) at the 36th National Meet of the Forum of Women in Public Sector (WIPS), established under the aegis of SCOPE, held on February 11, 2026, in Navi Mumbai. The event, themed “Her Era: Now and Beyond,” celebrated achievements and leadership in advancing women’s empowerment across public sector enterprises. Representing NHPC, Mrs. Reshma Hemrajani, Executive Director (Finance) and Chairperson, WIPS-NHPC, along with Dr. Satarupa Bhattacharjee, General Manager (Medical Services) and General Secretary, WIPS-NHPC, received the award. The recognition underscores NHPC’s sustained commitment to fostering inclusive policies, promoting gender equity and upholding excellence in public sector management.
