NEW DELHI. NBCC (India) Limited is targeting a revenue of ₹18,000 crore in FY27, driven by key real estate and redevelopment projects, particularly in South Delhi and across the country. Chairman and Managing Director K. P. Mahadevaswamy stated that this marks a rise from the estimated ₹14,000 crore revenue in FY26, adding that delays in project approvals pushed several redevelopment projects into FY27, impacting the previous year’s revenue growth.
