First of all, we have to understand that the flood and rain will continue to come and this will happen every year, for this, we will also have to prepare in the same .
1) Identifying the areas in which floods occur every year or are in danger of coming.
2) River banks. Preventing habitat in catchment area and drainage area of pond and dam
3) Ending the shallowness of the river and removing all the obstructions of the flow.
4) Take water from the dam to the canals so that pressure on the dam is reduced as well as to give prior notice of overflow.
5) Training of flood rescue should be given to every citizen on a regular basis. Urban Volunteers should be prepared, which the government should provide.
6) The program of connecting the rivers should be completed fast and water should be transported to the drought areas.
In both urban and rural areas, drains should be widened and water drain barriers should be removed.
Right and accurate warning of rain should be given so that people from low-lying areas are removed beforehand.
7) A large number of wells should be built on the banks of rivers so that flood water goes into the ground.
8) Preparations for evacuation of water and rescue in flood should be in every city and village. Do not wait for help.
