RAIPUR : Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), a public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Chhattisgarh to extend financial assistance of up to Rs. 1,00,000 crore over a period of five years for housing and infrastructure development projects across the State. The MoU was signed on January 7, 2026, at Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and represents one of the largest financing commitments by a public sector undertaking towards state-level urban development and infrastructure initiatives, reinforcing HUDCO’s role in supporting sustainable and inclusive growth.
