NEW DELHI. GAIL India Limited Executive Director (Projects) A. K. Tripathi has been conferred the CIDC Vishwakarma Achievement Award 2026 (Public Officer) at the 17th CIDC Vishwakarma Awards & Exhibition in New Delhi, in recognition of his leadership and significant contributions to infrastructure development in India’s energy sector. He was acknowledged for spearheading the execution of over 3,300 km of pipeline projects since October 2023, achieving a record commissioning of 1,612 km in FY 2025–26, successfully delivering complex pipeline and HDD crossing projects, overseeing key developments such as the Dabhol–Breakwater project, and advancing green energy initiatives including a 10 MW Green Hydrogen Electrolyser.
