Northern Coalfields Limited got its first Female Mining Engineer. Miss Pramila has become the first woman mining engineer to work in opencast mines at NCL.
She has been posted at one of the Mega Projects of NCL Jayant, Singrauli. A Native of Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, she completed her engineering in Mining Discipline from NIT, Raipur. She joined NCL on 26th June 2023. Miss Pramila said that Mining is a challenging field but learning new things inspires her to work in the field every day as she considers Challenges as opportunities.
