Dr. Pandey’s illustrious career includes several key leadership roles in the Indian government. Before his time at IICA, he served as the Chairman of the National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) and held the esteemed position of Finance Secretary of India, where he oversaw critical financial and economic policies. Additionally, as the CEO of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), he played a crucial role in driving the Aadhaar initiative, which has significantly transformed India’s digital and financial landscape.
