Former Olympians and famous Boxing champions Akhil Kumar and Jitender Kumar recently visited the newly opened Gold’s Gym at M3M Cosmopolitan in sector-66, Gurugram. Both the boxers practiced for their fitness and did an intriguing boxing match together. They also gave many meritorious health and gymming tips to the people.

Boxer Akhil Kumar said, “Fitness is very important for a healthy life. We all should work out on a daily basis. This Gold’s gym in M3M Cosmopolitan is flourished with all the modern machines.”

Air Purifiers In All Classrooms

Gurgaon’s Suncity School become the first in Delhi NCR to introduce air purifiers in all classrooms

In a move to ensure good air quality for students and minimize the adverse effects of air pollution, Gurgaon-based Suncity School has become the first educational institution to fully introduce air purifiers in all classrooms. All air purifiers in the school have become fully functional since the current month. A total 100 air purifiers are installed covering all the classrooms and other areas of the school.

Pollution level soars in the city

The pollution level rose in the city on Thursday, making Gurugram again the second most polluted city in the country. The air pollution levels were low for a change in Gurugram during the past week, levels of PM2.5.

The highest level of PM2.5 was 89.90 micrograms per cubic meter at 7.30pm. The city’s air quality index (AQI), however, remained at 170, which is considered as ‘moderate’ and it can cause breathing problems to people with lungs, asthma and heart diseases. According to the national safe standard, the level of PM2.5 shouldn’t be more than 60 micrograms per cubic meter.

DLF Foundation pays homage to soldiers on Kargil Vijay Diwas

DLF Foundation observed Kargil Vijay Diwas at Cyber Hub on Wednesday to pay homage to the martyrs and the brave soldiers of the Kargil War in collaboration with NGO Citizen 4 Forces.

The ceremony commenced with a wreath laying ceremony followed by the history of Kargil War and a song by students of Ridge Valley School and. Families of martyrs of Kargil War including Shaheed Lt.
