Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) has been recognised as the best airport in the over 40 million passengers’ category for the year 2022 in the Asia-Pacific region.
The recognition was awarded by the Airports Council International (ACI) as part of their Airport Service Quality Awards. CSMIA has won this award six years in a row now thanks to impeccable customer service. The recognition is only awarded after worldwide feedback interviews are conducted with the passengers on the day of their travel. The CSMIA is famous for its state-of-the-art technology and its simultaneous focus on sustainable development.
