Presented by the Hydropower Forum of India, the award recognises his outstanding leadership in executing complex clean energy infrastructure projects. Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has promoted Rashmi Kathuria as Executive Director (Strategic Communication & Communication Systems – SCCS) and Unit Head of the Ghaziabad Complex. In her new role, she will lead BEL’s SCCS business and manage the Ghaziabad Complex. She will focus on developing advanced defence communication systems, improving operations, and leading important defence projects.

BILASPUR. South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has been conferred the ‘Green Transition Leadership Award’ at The Times Internet Ecopreneurs Awards 2026.
