6 साल की पुणे की लड़की माउंट एवरेस्ट बेस कैंप पर चढ़ने वाली सबसे कम उम्र की भारतीय बनी।

पुणे की एक 6 वर्षीय लड़की 17,500 फीट से अधिक की ऊंचाई पर स्थित माउंट एवरेस्ट बेस कैंप पर चढ़ने वाली सबसे कम उम्र की भारतीय लड़की बन गई है। पुणे के कोथरुड इलाके की रहने वाली अरिष्का लड्डा ने अपनी मां डिंपल लड्ढा के साथ माउंट एवरेस्ट बेस कैंप पर चढ़ाई की, जो 15 दिनों के अभियान पर थीं लड़की और उसकी मां ने 130 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय की क्योंकि तापमान माइनस 3 डिग्री और माइनस 17 डिग्री के बीच था।

लड़की ने 7-8 लेयर के कपड़े पहने और 15 दिन में पूरा सफर तय किया। अर्शिका ने कहा, “मुझे खुशी महसूस हुई। वहां बहुत ठंड थी। मैं एवरेस्ट शिखर पर चढ़ना चाहती हूं। हमने याक और खच्चर को देखा।”

Uttar Pradesh’s First Tabletop Airport At Chitrakoot Likely To be Operational Soon

Constructed at the cost of Rs 146 crore, it will be the first operational airport in Bundelkhand, giving a big boost to tourism and pilgrimage especially in this temple town.

The new airport will be managed by the Airport Authority of India (AAI) as part of an agreement with the Uttar Pradesh government.

A 20-seater aircraft will also start flying from Chitrakoot under the Centre’s UDAN (Ude Desh ka Aam Naagrik) scheme.

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has now been promoted to ‘Navratna’ category of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSE) from Category-I Miniratna. This means the company will have more autonomy in terms of investment, setting up joint venture and other financial decisions.

As per DPE Tweet, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has approved the upgradation of RVNL to Navratna CPSE. RVNL will be the 13th Navratna amongst the CPSEs,” Department.

Dr. Amit Kumar Jain has assumed charge as the new Director (Operations & Services) of DMRC. An Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer of the year 2000, Dr. Jain has over two decades of experience in numerous key leadership positions. Prior to taking up this role, he was working as General Manager, the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS). Earlier he had also worked as the Head of Operations for the Delhi Division of Railways and as Director Railway Board.

Dr. Jain worked with DMRC from 2009 to 2015 as Deputy Head of the Department in Operations and Maintenance as well as Principal of, Training School.

He has done his Ph.D. in Urban Transportation from SPA, Delhi, M.Tech from IIT Delhi, and B.E in Civil Engg from IIT Roorkee. He is a gold medallist from IIT Roorkee.

Dr. Jain has authored books titled ‘Excellence in Metro Operations and Management – Best Practices world over, ‘Exploring Life@2050” and ‘Intelligent Transportation Systems’.
