Buyers Accuse Real Estate Broker Hariom Aggarwal of Fraudulent Booking Practices

New Delhi/Gurugram: A group of homebuyers from Delhi and Gurugram have accused Hariom Aggarwal, Founder and Director of BlackRock Realtors Pvt. Ltd., of alleged fraudulent practices related to property bookings.

According to the buyers, Mr. Aggarwal collected booking amounts of approximately ₹1 lakh each for projects by developer TLC but failed to provide confirmed booking or allotment certificates.

When the buyers pursued Mr. Aggarwal for refunds, he allegedly offered repeated excuses and has yet to return the money. The aggrieved buyers claim that despite multiple assurances, the funds have not been refunded, leading them to believe the booking exercise was deliberately misleading.

Publicly available information shows that Mr. Hariom Aggarwal is the founder of BlackRock Realtors, based in Gurugram, and promotes himself as a channel partner for reputed developers across the Delhi–NCR region. The company operates from T4-1711, DLF Corporate Greens, SPR Road, Sector 74A, Gurugram, Haryana, and holds RERA registration number 1249/2018/2479.

The buyers are reportedly preparing to file formal complaints with HRERA (Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority), the Chief Minister’s Grievance Window, and the Gurugram Police. They are demanding a full refund of their booking amounts, along with compensation and legal action against Mr. Aggarwal for alleged breach of trust and fraud.

One of the buyers told this correspondent, “We trusted Mr. Aggarwal’s reputation and paid in good faith. But months later, we have nothing—no booking, no refund, and no accountability. We are in the process of sending a legal notice and pursuing further action.”

Authorities are expected to examine whether more buyers have been affected and if the case points to a wider pattern of defaults.

Efforts to reach Mr. Aggarwal and BlackRock Realtors for comment were unsuccessful at the time of publication.
