BPTP appoints Vineet Nanda Chief Business Officer

New Delhi, India- BPTP Limited, one of India’s established real estate developers, has announced the appointment of Mr. Vineet Nanda as Chief Business Officer.

BPTP has a development legacy spanning over two decades, with more than 50 million sq. ft. delivered across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, including over 25,000 units. The company has a presence across key micro-markets in Gurugram, Faridabad, and Noida, and has developed multiple integrated townships in the Delhi-NCR region.

Mr. Nanda brings over four decades of professional experience, including more than 25 years in senior leadership roles within the Indian real estate sector. His experience spans sales, marketing, and business management across residential and commercial developments. Prior to joining BPTP, he served as Director – Sales and Marketing at Krisumi Corporation, where he was part of the senior management team.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Nanda has held leadership roles at real estate companies including Omaxe, Central Park, and M3M, where he was involved in scaling residential and commercial portfolios across multiple markets.

In his role as Chief Business Officer and Executive Director, Mr. Nanda will be responsible for overseeing BPTP’s business operations, including sales, marketing, product strategy, and customer experience, in accordance with the company’s organisational structure.

Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Amaan Chawla, President, BPTP, said, “Vineet brings a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate. His presence will further strengthen the company’s business functions and leadership bandwidth.”
