NEW DELHI. The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has shortlisted seven candidates for the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of ONGC. The contenders include Ranjit Rath, CMD of Oil India Limited, and Rajarshi Gupta, Managing Director of ONGC Videsh Limited. Other shortlisted candidates are Vikram Saxena and Satyam Kumar of ONGC, Dulal Halder of ONGC Videsh, Devendra Kumar of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), and S.P. Shrivastava of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).
