BENGALURU. Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NIRNAYA Systems & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to jointly pursue business opportunities in emerging technology and digital solutions, including IT infrastructure, data centres, cybersecurity, ERP, Healthcare IT, AI/ML applications, software development and analytics platforms. The MoU was exchanged by Ms. Anuradha Mahur, GM (Civilian Marketing), BEL, and Mr. Binay Pratap Shahi, Co-Founder, NIRNAYA Systems & Solutions, in the presence of Mr. Manoj Kumar Jain, CMD, BEL, Mr. Anoop Kumar Rai, Director (Marketing), BEL, and senior officials of both organisations. The partnership aims to leverage the complementary capabilities of both companies to develop technology-driven solutions and expand BEL’s presence in emerging digital domains.
