NEW DELHI. Power Finance Corporation (PFC), in partnership with the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), organised a workshop on Cyber Security Frameworks for the Power Distribution Sector in New Delhi under the Advanced Digital Utility Manager (DUM) Course. The workshop brought together over 85 participants from 28 DISCOMs, focusing on strengthening cyber resilience in the power distribution sector. The sessions covered real-world cyber risks and threat actors, global benchmarks, OT security roadmaps, smart metering network security and UK best practices, along with Red-Team/Blue-Team simulations and tabletop exercises aimed at translating cybersecurity compliance into effective operational resilience.
