Signature Global Retains A+ Credit Rating; Lines Up 170 Lakh Sq Ft Project Pipeline in Gurugram

Signature Global A+ Credit Rating

Signature Global, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has retained its A+ credit rating with a Stable outlook, reaffirmed by CareEdge Ratings, while maintaining a strong development pipeline of approximately 170 lakh sq ft across Gurugram, Sohna and Manesar.

The rating agency highlighted the company’s sizeable receivables of over ₹19,600 crore, which provide visibility for funding the completion of ongoing projects and meeting debt obligations. The company’s upcoming development pipeline is supported by its existing land bank, providing visibility for future launches across the Gurugram region.

Signature Global currently has 45 projects under development, spanning more than 320 lakh sq ft, with nearly four-fifths of the area already sold. The company has also accelerated project launches during the current fiscal, including the Tonino Lamborghini-branded residential development in Gurugram. In addition, its office development partnership with RMZ is expected to further diversify its revenue streams.

As of June 30, 2026, Signature Global had ₹2,522 crore in cash and cash equivalents, including approximately ₹1,700 crore maintained in RERA and escrow accounts. The rating agency noted that customer collections are expected to support a substantial portion of the remaining construction expenditure, limiting dependence on external borrowings.

CareEdge Ratings expects the company to maintain healthy sales and collections from its ongoing projects. The agency also noted the company’s established presence in the region, execution track record and relationships with reputed contractors as supporting factors for its stable outlook.
