BHUBANESHWAR: Navratna CPSE NLC India Limited (NLCIL) has entered into a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the District Administration of Sambalpur, committing ₹1.01 crore toward the preservation, environmental protection, and maintenance of the birthplace of famed freedom fighter Veer Surendra Sai at Khinda, Odisha. Signed at the Sambalpur Collectorate on September 19, 2026, the CSR initiative provides sustained financial assistance to cover site cleanliness, landscaping, environmental conservation, and round-the-clock watch and ward services under the direct operational oversight of the Sambalpur District Administration.
