At the ET Energy Leadership Summit 2026, Shri Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), GAIL (India) Limited, highlighted the need to build future-ready oil and gas professionals by balancing existing employees’ experience with new opportunities and specialised external expertise. During a fireside chat on “Capability 2.0”, he emphasised AI adoption in training and development, continuous employee engagement, operational safety and strong controls, while urging industry leaders to trust and mentor new talent. He also highlighted GAIL’s initiative to engage employees’ spouses in entrepreneurial ventures as part of its efforts to foster innovation and empowerment.
