NEW DELHI. Shri Gurdeep Singh, CMD, NTPC, along with Shri Anil Kumar Jadli, Director (HR), interacted with General Managers participating in the Advanced Leadership Development Programme organised by PMI from September 9 to 12, 2026. Addressing the participants, Shri Singh emphasised self-discovery and commitment as key drivers of leadership effectiveness and sustained organisational growth. The programme focused on personal growth, self-discovery and leadership development, with sessions led by experts from the Indian School of Business, IIM Calcutta, Reliance Group, former government officials, Deloitte and SHRM.
