New Delhi: The Ministry of Power has extended the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of SJVN to Shri Bhupender Gupta, who is also the CMD of NHPC. The extension will take effect from August 1, 2026, for a period of three months or until a regular appointment is made, whichever is earlier.
