NEW DELHI: The Ministry of Tourism has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Google India Pvt. Ltd. to strengthen the digital promotion of India’s tourism destinations through artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital technologies. The agreement was exchanged in New Delhi in the presence of Union Minister for Tourism and Culture Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. The partnership aims to enhance India’s global tourism visibility by creating immersive and technology-driven experiences that showcase the country’s rich cultural heritage, historical landmarks, and diverse attractions. The Minister said the initiative aligns with the government’s Incredible India campaign and will help make India a more accessible, engaging, and preferred destination for international travellers through innovative digital outreach.
