NEW DELHI. Ghanshyam Das Gupta has officially taken over as the Director (Mining) of Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), a prominent Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Mines. Before stepping into this senior leadership role on Thursday, Mr. Gupta served as the Executive Director and Unit Head at the Khetri Copper Complex in Rajasthan. His deep-rooted experience within the organization and his proven track record in mining operations make him a natural fit for this high-level position, where he will serve until his retirement in September 2030.
