JAIPUR. Amar Nath Verma, former Executive Director (HR) at NTPC, delivered the keynote address at HR Conclave 3.0 held at Jaipur School of Business, JECRC University, Jaipur. The theme was “Data-Driven HR for Sustainable Organisations: Using People Analytics for a Responsible Future.”
He interacted with MBA students and future HR leaders, encouraging them to use data responsibly to build better workplaces. He also joined a panel discussion on using people analytics to improve employee well-being and performance, along with several industry experts.
The event included meaningful discussions on leadership, sustainable HR practices, and practical use of data in organisations. He thanked the university leadership, organisers, ISTD representatives, and fellow speakers for hosting a well-organised and insightful programme.
