Bilaspur: South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with EdCIL (India) Limited to conduct recruitment for various positions, marking a key step toward enhancing transparency, efficiency, and professionalism in its hiring processes. The agreement was formally signed by Mr. S. Parida, General Manager (HR/MP), on behalf of SECL, while Mr. U. S. Gaikwad, General Manager, represented EdCIL (India) Limited. The MoU was signed in the presence of Mr. Biranchi Das, Director (Human Resources), SECL, highlighting the company’s commitment to adopting best practices in human resource management. Officials from SECL’s Manpower Department, including Mr. R. Ravi Kiran, Deputy Manager (HR/MP), and Mr. Krit Narayan Yadav, Manager (HR/MP), were also present at the ceremony, reflecting strong institutional support for the initiative.
