The Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy (IIPE), Visakhapatnam, organized the HR Conclave 2025 on the theme “Future Ready Workforce – Bridging Talent, Technology and Industry Expectations in Energy and Engineering.
Shri K. S. Shetty, Director – HR, HPCL & Member, BoG – IIPE, delivered the keynote, highlighting renewables, green hydrogen, the future of hydrocarbons, and building an empathetic, future-ready workforce. The conclave brought together leading organizations including BPCL, Reliance, SBI, Tata Steel, Hyundai Motor, Akzonobel, Volvo, Hero Future, Mecon, Google, and Philips, strengthening academia-industry collaboration. With the participation of around 500 students and alumni, the event became a vibrant platform for young talent to engage with industry leaders, reinforcing HPCL’s commitment to nurturing talent, embracing technology, and driving growth in the energy sector.
