Greater NOIDA. Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida, has appointed Dr. Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra as Honorary Professor of Practice in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.
A distinguished academic and corporate leader, Dr. Mohapatra is a BITS Pilani alumnus, holds an MBA from XIM Bhubaneswar, and a Ph.D. in Management from Amity University. He has held several top leadership roles, including Director – HR at Indian Oil, Chairman of Lanka IOC PLC, and President of IFTDO, Geneva.
Currently, he serves as Founder & CEO of HridaySe Consulting and is an Independent Director at Mapmy India and OFB Tech.
As part of his engagement, Dr. Mohapatra will address BIMTECH students on “Leadership in Uncertain Times” on July 15, 2025. His appointment is seen as a key step in bridging industry and academia, offering students invaluable real-world insights.
