Govt plans to upgrade Cochin Shipyard MOIL etc. to Navratna status soon

1 .  NEW DELHI. Govt plans to upgrade Cochin Shipyard Ltd, Goa Shipyard Ltd, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd, and MOIL Ltd. to Navratna status soon, said the official. Business Standard.
