With over 3-decade long career in the coal industry, Shri Jha brings extensive experience and expertise in mining operations, strategic planning, and technical advancements. Prior to this, Shri Jha held key leadership roles as Area General Manager, Lakhanpur Area (2022-24) and Area General Manager, Basundhara Area (2019-2022) in Mahanadi Coalfields Limited and has significantly contributed to the growth and development of the coal sector.
